I only heard about stretch Armstrong in the 90’s or early 00’s when they advertised it on Tv a lot, I never heard of it in the 70’s.

How about the original Jarts? Fun, but potentially dangerous. Maybe not a toy, but was a fun game for us kids in the 70s.
